Claudia Panatti is a contemporary visual artist and maker currently living and working in Oxford, UK. Working across a range of disciplines her work explores the complexity and fragility of the human mind, illness, wellness, exploring how these changing states inform her artistic practice.

Her work is explored through a lens of cognitive semantics, figurative speech, lyrics, poetry and commonplace domestic objects that bring together new and unseen narratives and stories.

Knitted and and embroidered textiles feature in her work bringing belonging , balance and groundedness to her practice.

Emotions and observations are recorded throughout her work as a way of making sense of personal lived experience, both familiar and unfamiliar.
